Breaking stigma. Delivering dignity.

Every program Suchibala runs is built around one goal — ensuring no girl misses school or loses opportunities because of her period.

Menstrual Product Distribution

We source and distribute free menstrual products — pads — directly to girls and women in underserved communities where access is scarce or unaffordable. No girl should have to improvise.

Health Awareness & Education

Our community workshops and school programs teach adults, girls and boys the facts about menstrual health, break down myths and taboos, and empower them to speak openly. We train local facilitators so the conversation continues long after we leave.

Community Outreach

Our field teams travel to the most isolated villages — meeting women where they are, building trust with community leaders, and creating safe spaces where menstrual health can be discussed openly and without shame.

A girl's story

"I used to miss four or five days of school every month. I was too ashamed to tell anyone why. When Suchibala came to our village, they gave us products and told us there was nothing to be ashamed of. I haven't missed a single day since. I want to be a doctor now."
