We source and distribute free menstrual products — pads — directly to girls and women in underserved communities where access is scarce or unaffordable. No girl should have to improvise.

Our community workshops and school programs teach adults, girls and boys the facts about menstrual health, break down myths and taboos, and empower them to speak openly. We train local facilitators so the conversation continues long after we leave.
